Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the H. Vos Hofmeister Watch Company website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Membership & Orders
H. Vos Hofmeister operates on an invitation-only basis. Membership applications require a valid invitation code from an existing member. All orders are built to your specifications and require a 50% deposit at the time of configuration confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion notification.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Custom configuration options may affect the final price of your timepiece.
Cancellation & Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our timepieces, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. If you wish to cancel before production begins, please contact us immediately. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of H. Vos Hofmeister Watch Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
H. Vos Hofmeister Watch Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
